Call to the Public - After the pledge of allegiance, the Chairman will call on members of the public to speak on any
item or area of concern not listed on the agenda. Items presented during the Call to the Public

Board of Supervisors Consent Agenda - All matters under Consent Agenda are considered by the Board of Supervisors to be routine and

4. Approve a purchase order for annual maintenance and support of Assessor
database provided by existing software, Tyler Technologies, in an amount not to

5. Approve the designation of Michael Townsend as the Chief Fiscal Officer of
Coconino County with the authority to submit the Fiscal Year 2019 expenditure
limitations report to the auditor general, as required by ARS 41-1279(E). Board

6. Approve a settlement via stipulated judgment in Mortensen v. Coconino County
(ST2017-000086), with direction authorizing the County Attorney to sign and file
the proposed draft Stipulated Judgment with the Arizona Tax Court on the
County's behalf and, directing the Assessor and Treasurer to comply with the
terms of this judgment upon receipt of a copy signed by the Court. County

Pavement Preservation Projects Through 2023,” to C and E Paving & Grading

Pavement Preservation Projects Through 2023”, with the total compensation of
$127,277.00 for the Phase One Pre-Construction Services for the five-year period.
