Coconino Workforce Development Board, each for a 2-year term expiring on

4. Consideration and possible action to approve the designation of Megan
Cunningham as the Interim Chief Fiscal Officer of Coconino County with the
authority to submit the expenditure limitations report to the auditor general, as
required by ARS 41-1279.07(E), pending the Boards approval of a permanent

5. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of Resolution 2019-42,
authorizing the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to provide representation of
Coconino County in the case of Transwestern Pipeline Co., LLC v. ADOR, et al.
(TX2019-001725), which is a tax appeal of valuation of centrally valued property.

authorizing the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to provide representation of
Coconino County in the case of Centurylink Corp. v. ADOR (TX2019-001726),

7. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of Resolution 2019-41,
designating Megan Cunningham as Interim Coconino County Chief Fiscal Officer
and the County’s Agent for application for emergency assistance to appropriate
State and Federal agencies, effective November 30, 2019. Emergency

8. Consideration and possible action of the approval to transfer funds from the
County Anti-Racketeering Fund to the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office in the
amount of $76,261, corresponding budget adjustment and purchase a crime
mapping system from Leica Geosystems, Inc, for Northern Arizona law
enforcement agencies use in investigations and active shooter scenarios. Sheriff
9. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of a budget adjustment and
award of Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Arizona Department of Homeland Security
(AZDOHS) Grant Program #190101-03, for the purchase of endpoint
management and protection software for our network, from 10/01/19 through
09/30/20, in the amount of $8,500.00 and, authorize the Sheriff to sign all
documents pertaining to the grant. Sheriff
10. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of a budget adjustment and
transfer of funds from the County Anti-Racketeering Fund to the Coconino
County Sheriff’s Office, in the amount of $20,000 in FY20, to continue the Air

Commissary Network, LLC, to provide comprehensive inmate commissary and
banking services to the Coconino County Flagstaff Detention Facility for FY20,

12. Consideration and possible action to approve proposal B19-132 from Woodruff
Construction, provided under the SAVE cooperative purchasing agreement
Contract #ADSP017-174299, for tenant improvements at the Tuba City Public
Library located at 78 Main Street in Tuba City, AZ, and approve the expenditure
in the amount of $65,304.85 and a contingency of $9,695.15 on behalf of the
County Library District for a total spending capacity of $75,000. Library District
