Item 10 - Consideration and possible action to transfer $136,488.00 of funding set aside as a criminal justice one time allocation plus $39,512.00 from the General Fund, for a total amount of $176,000.00, to the Legal Defender Contract Budget, and corresponding budget adjustment for the continued contracting and payment of court ordered expenses on criminal cases as well as representation on criminal, dependency and guardianship cases that are beyond the scope of the representation the Legal Defender’s Office can provide.
