Consent Agenda - 2. Approve the minutes from the Board of Supervisors’ meetings conducted August 20, 2018 and September 6, 2018. Board of Supervisors
3. Approve Community Grant Funding from District 2 in the amount of $3,500.00; from District 4 in the amount of $500.00, for a total of $4,000.00 to the Museum of Northern Arizona for the Celebraciones de la Gente Festival/Dia de los Muertos. The funds will be to assist with costs associated with the programming to include entertainment and lecturers to promote Mexican/Mexican American/Latino Culture and traditions in Flagstaff and Coconino County. 4. Approve Amendment #8 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) DI16-002119 between Coconino County and the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and approve the corresponding budget adjustment, to provide an additional allocation of $4,248 of WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker funds for PY17/FY18. 5. Accept new grant funds for Emergency Management from the State of Arizona Department of Homeland Security in the amount of $32,242.19 for training and exercise and corresponding budget adjustment. Emergency Management
6. Adopt Resolution 2018-47 accepting Gila River Indian Community grant funds in the amount of $250,000, to be distributed to the Forest Lakes Fire District, to replace an aging ambulance in the district. Emergency Management
7. Approve the purchase of two (2) 2019 Chevy Double Cab Pickups under State Contract No. ADSPO17-166120 from Courtesy Chevrolet in the amount of $60,781.38. Public Works
8. Approve the purchase and installation of new doors for the Williams Truck Barn from DH Pace Company, Inc, based on AZ State Contract ADSPO16-136735 in the amount of $73,237.96. Public Works
9. Approve the purchase of one (1) 2019 Chevy Cargo Van CG33705 under State Contract No. ADSPO17-166120 from Courtesy Chevrolet in the amount of $30,698.26. Public Works
10. Approve the purchase of five (5) 2019 Chevy 12M53 Colorado Pickup trucks under State Contract No. ADSPO17-166120 from Courtesy Chevrolet in the amount of $154,054.45. Public Works
