Approve Resolution 2018-36 regarding the State Funding Agreement and Addendums for grant disbursements in the amount of $2,289,172.00 for FY 2019, for contract services, salary, and employee related expenses, plus approve a newly funded 1.00 FTE Probation Officer II position and approve the corresponding budget adjustment. Approve Community Grant Funding request from District 2 in the amount of $1,500.00 to the Flagstaff Downtown Business Alliance, to assist with costs for movie license fees and production to provide Movies on the Square in a family friendly and safe environment all summer at no cost to the community. Approve funding from District 2 in the amount of $500.00 to Master Chorale of Flagstaff, to assist with marketing, advertising, production expenses and music royalty costs associated with providing a free community sing for Northern Arizona children, youth, seniors and adults. 11. Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) DI19-002201between Coconino County and the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), approve the corresponding budget adjustment, and authorize Career Center staff to sign documents associated with the IGA. The amendment provides an allocation of $940,123 for PY18/FY19 and will enable the County Career Center to provide employment, training and education services to individuals and employers. 12. Approve a settlement via stipulated judgment in Target Corp. et al. v. Coconino County (TX2016-000888), with direction authorizing the County Attorney to sign and file the proposed draft Stipulated Judgment with the Arizona Tax Court on the County's behalf and, directing the Assessor and Treasurer to comply with the terms of this judgment upon receipt of a copy signed by the Court. The Board may enter executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(3) and/or (4), in order to receive legal advice, and/or consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the County’s position regarding this pending litigation, and settlement in order to resolve this litigation. 14. Approve the County match of $2,500,000.00 based on Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) Grant No. 237(1) to Central Federal Lands to mill/overlay/widen the entire length of Mormon Lake Road (Lake Mary Rd to Lake Mary Rd), a distance of 9.8 miles. Public Works
