Arizona Commission on the Arts, in collaboration with Arizona State University,
Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, in the amount of $15,000 for the
Adult Probation program called Fresh Start Art, and related project expenses
incurred during FY 2019, and until funds are depleted and approve the
