Proclamation - Approve a Proclamation declaring May 5, 2017 as Law Day in Coconino County,
Arizona, in accordance with the nationally recognized day for commemoration of
Law Day, to urge all citizens, schools, businesses, legal professionals, media, and
others to use this occasion to preserve and strengthen the rule of law. Courts

9. Approve Community Grant Funding request from District 1 in the amount of
$200.00, District 2 in the amount of $250.00 and District 4 in the amount of
$200.00 to Flagstaff High School, for a total amount of $650.00, to assist with the
cost incurred to host the Hispanic Student Convocations and Awards Ceremony

Agency on Aging - Northern Arizona Council of Governments (AAA-NACOG)
funding in the amount of $138,434, for congregate and home-delivered meals for
senior citizens and home-bound or disabled adults for the period of July 1, 2017 -

13. Approve the award of a contract for RFP 2016-108 to Tyler Technologies for
Implementation of a new ERP system in the amount of $1,255,695. County

14. Approve the third renewal term for the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for
Mandated Restoration to Competency Services with Yavapai County, Arizona,
for Fiscal Year 2018. The most recent IGA was approved in Fiscal Year 2015
