Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda - After the pledge of allegiance, the Chairman will call on members of the public to speak on any
item or area of concern not listed on the agenda. Items presented during the Call to the Public
portion of the Agenda cannot be acted on by the Board of Supervisors. Individual Supervisors
may ask questions of the public, but are prohibited by the Open Meeting law from discussing or

Consent Agenda - 8. Approve the minutes from the Board of Supervisors’ meeting held on January 24,
2017.
9. Ratify and/or approve all warrants, electronic fund transfers, and other payments

services to consolidate, update, optimize, and secure the Tyler Systems for the
Departments of Treasurer, Assessor, and Recorder in the amount not to exceed

17. Approve the purchase of land from Paul and Susan Gilbert in the amount of
$55,169.00 and Jennifer Hanley in the amount of $20,500.00, using CPOS funds
