the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Coconino County Public
Health Services District (CCPHSD) for the period of October 1, 2018, through
September 30, 2019 in the amount of $515,188, to provide WIC ($448,688),
Breastfeeding Peer Counseling ($66,500) and Farmer’s Market Nutrition services.
